These three items are ongoing or were completed at the clubhouse over the past month:

• The inside lower water fountain has been replaced. Both fountains are working.

• The air vents inside the clubhouse were readjusted for more uniform airflow.

• The Art Club has agreed to repaint two existing paintings hanging in the clubhouse kitchen. Upon completion, they will be rehung for all to enjoy.

 

The 2027 pool season is scheduled to run from May 8 through Sept. 12.

 

The Amenities Committee is negotiating new contracts for pool maintenance, HVAC, pest control and the clubhouse fitness equipment.

 

Two Courtyards at Southpoint signs were knocked over during the last two months — the no soliciting sign at the Fenwick Parkway entrance and the mail kiosk sign at the clubhouse mail center. Thanks to Jeff Davidson for getting them back in their original spots, and thanks to the entire committee for all you do to ensure our amenities run smoothly and safely and are well maintained.
